Good morning and welcome back! Today, Zack and I are checking in at East Nashville Beer Works and chatting about fitness, goals, and the new year. Some of us dream about squatting 500 lbs. Others want to look like the cover model on the fitness magazine. While these are admirable goals, they come with an immense amount of “investment” to achieve it. Worthwhile for some, but as coaches we often need to manage expectations on how one goes about achieving that goal and whether or not the juice is worth the squeeze. Grab a beer and enjoy!
