Good morning and welcome back! Zack and I are sitting down at Czann’s brewing drinking some delicious milk stouts and talking all things fitness. First, we start off on a small rant about nutrition! Next, what does it mean when we talk about General Physical Preparedness (GPP)? What does it mean to look and feel athletic? Athletic for what? Strong, for what? We all want to be stronger, leaner and more athletic. We want our everyday lives and chores to be easier and injury-free. But how do we go about achieving general, overall fitness in the gym?
