A video on Instagram with yours truly and Dan John snowballed into an avalanche and suddenly we have more than 11 million views on the internet. It’s a pretty cool thing to see, and we talk about what it means to us. Then we turn our attention to the pursuit of the ever-elusive “enough” in training. How strong is strong enough? How fit is fit enough? We all have our goals and how we define success in achieving them, but sometimes we need to scale our efforts into achieving “just enough” strength, mass, leanness, or whatever. Grab a beer and enjoy!
