We’re back! This week Zack and I talk about healthy habits: specifically, habits that we advocate and encourage our clients to do, but we don’t personally do (because we’re human too!); how we might address and correct some of those habits; and lastly about over-training vs. over-reaching vs. under-recovery: what those terms mean, what they feel like, how to address them, and our personal experiences with our own training and with our clients.
