Good morning and welcome back! This week Zack and I are checking in at Fat Bottom Brewing, dodging storms and taking advantage of their 2-for-1 specials. Today we start the podcast talking about the “brutal truth” about getting and staying fit. Now, “fit” might be a loose term here, meaning something different depending on who you are and what your goals are, but of course we attack the question from the perspective of the extremes, and you might be surprised how we answer the question. Next, over the last year we’ve both incorporated new training tools and equipment that we hadn’t in years past. For me, I’ve worked largely with minimal equipment at work, but our favorite Saturday spot, Gym 5, has a whole lot to offer, and we’ve both explored new (to us) machines and training tools and we talk about our experiences. And lastly, we circle back and talk a little philosophy, and how we’re adding life to our moments. Grab a beer (we had plenty while recording) and enjoy!
