Good morning and welcome back to episode 33 of A2Z No BS! Zack and I are back at East Nashville Beer Works this week, taking a break from our usual west-side spots and staying close to home. We each had a busy week! The equipment for my new gym was delivered and my contractor is underway renovating my space for opening, and I talk about some of the ins and outs of the whole opening-a-gym-is-cool-but-stressful thing. Zack was in Charlotte NC this past weekend teaching – but also learning – a thing or two about powerlifting with his friend and client, Tracy. Not only was he able to impart some wisdom on the coaches who attended, but he also learned a thing or two. Lastly, while Zack and I both love fitness, lifting weights, eating healthy, and coaching folks, we both understand all the good it provides our clients and our audience but we also know it’s limitations. Fitness is like a big hammer and can make a huge difference in one’s life, but just because you have a hammer doesn’t mean that everything is a nail. Grab a beer and enjoy!
