Good morning and welcome back! This week we have a very special guest with us, Megan Crozier, on all things nutrition. Megan is a Functional Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, and after having her own difficulties with nutrition and fueling her own workouts, she focused her efforts and energy on studying nutrition, hormones, and metabolism. Through her experience and education she now helps countless others break free of the typical “calories in calories out” model – one that can be restrictive but also too robotic. Her aim is to create a more sustainable approach to food and health without the typical shackles of diet culture. This was a good one and she’ll be back with us soon! Grab a beer and enjoy!
